4. I have a single spooled file that I need
to produce an invoice and a statement from. Can the
eliteSUITE accomplish this?
Answer. Yes it can! We call it "Extended
Processing". Our software can be set to query the
list of forms already in production, processing only
those forms matching your criteria. Thus, you can
produce different documents from the same data, easily.

5. Can the eliteSUITE reproduce my
pre-printed multi-part form?
Answer. All of Elite Document Solutions'
e-form and e-check products give the user the
flexibility to create multi-part forms with options to
duplex, burst, and sort. Individual forms can be set to
format text and images conditionally, or you may choose
to apply conditions to a group of similar forms. And it
can all be set up in an automated system, offering
maintenance-free everyday processing.

6. My application software produces a totals
line at the end of my detail lines, regardless of where
the detail lines end on the page. Can eliteFORM place my
totals to a fixed location on my form?
Answer. eliteFORM has the ability to locate
and reposition data that "floats" up and down
from one spooled file page to the next. With the
Conditional Mapping feature enabled, a form can be setup
to locate a specific "trigger" and reposition
the targeted block of data anywhere on the form.

7. Can I email my electronic documents?
Answer. Yes you can. Elite Document Solutions
is the first electronic document company to develop a
completely host-based email solution for the iSeries
(AS/400), eliteMAIL. The setup of eliteMAIL is easy- you
only need to fill out a few lines from a single
configuration screen to link the software to your
existing SMTP server. You can distribute any spooled
file, report or document originating from the iSeries in
the file format of your choice. The software supports
the most popular file formats, including: HTML, PDF,
TXT, RTF & DIF (EXCEL). You can also extend the
range of your e-form distribution beyond printing to
include emailing those same forms as a PDF attachment.

15. Are there security features associated
with eliteCHECK?
Answer. eliteCHECK has security measures
built-in the software as well as an option to use a
hardware-based security device that is printer-resident.
Two important security features include
password-protected screen access and conditional
signature protection based on pre-defined dollar
amounts. Elite Document Solutions also offers a Positive
Pay module to further enhance check printing security by
electronically sending a report of your check runs to
your bank.

Answer. No. Your existing laser printers can
be "MICRized" by purchasing MICR Toner
Cartridges. Elite Document Solutions does supply regular

19. Does eliteCHECK support multiple bank
accounts?
Answer. eliteCHECK gives you a secure bank
file maintenance menu to define each bank account
needed. Once defined, eliteCHECK will automatically pull
the correct bank account information to merge with the
overlay and check data based on your spool file
attribute.

20. Does eliteCHECK handle check copies?
Answer. Yes. The eliteCHECK software can be
set to produce a file copy of every check and have them
print automatically along with your original checks. You
may also choose whether you want the file copy to print
from a different drawer of the same laser printer or
have the copies print on a different laser printer to
help conserve MICR toner. A "non-negotiable"
watermark can also be added to the file copy checks for
additional security.

21. If I have to re-run a couple of checks,
do I need to re-create my spool file?
Answer. No. The eliteSUITE includes an archive
that will allow you to retrieve your spooled file,
select either specific pages or the entire file, and
reprint it, without having to create a new copy of the
spooled file from your accounting software.

22. Can I archive my form and retrieve it
later?
