Elite Document Solutions, Inc. announces its
release of SpoolView400, Spooled File and Document
Viewer for the iSeries (AS/400)
Lake Forest, California (June 3, 2002) - Elite
Document Solutions, Inc. announces the immediate release
of its SpoolView400 module, spool file and document
viewer for the iSeries (AS/400). This new module to the
eliteSUITE of products allows users to access and view,
through a local client or browser, spool files, reports,
documents and electronic forms in a user requested file
format (.TXT, .RTF, .HTML, .PRT, .PDF, .PCL). This was
announced today by Andrew Rackauckas, President of Elite
Document Solutions, Inc.
SpoolView400 is the newest member to the eliteSUITE
product line of electronic document management solutions
offered by Elite Document Solutions, Inc.. The
eliteSUITE is an award winning solution for electronic
forms, iSeries Email, laser check printing and e-banking
modules. SpoolView400 enhances the suite by providing
real time access to all iSeries spool files through any
browser or local client in a Windows environment, rather
than 24X80 green screen viewing. Andrew Rackaukas says
SpoolView400 also enables iSeries users to:
- Not only view their spool files, but print to any
laser printer, e-mail, fax or store the file using
existing Windows applications."
- Transfer files and database information to and
from the iSeries and your network.
- View spool files merged with form graphics with
the PCL viewer or Adobe Acrobat.
- Our new module, SpoolView400, will be valuable for
companies in manufacturing, distribution, insurance,
healthcare and others where the remote access of
spooled information to be viewed and processed in
seconds is crucial to their day to day activities.
These companies have interest in and have requested
this type of capability and we are pleased to have
released it.
Rackauckas also noted that future enhancements will
include a true GUI mapping functionality to the
eliteSUITE form designer utilizing SpoolView400.
